Do You Really Have to Meditate?

1. Posture: Sit comfortably.
2. Breath of Fire: Begin a rhythmic “Breath of Fire†through your nose, using a pumping navel motion.
3. Meditation: Combine the breath with this mudra sequence:
1 minute: thumb to index finger
1 minute: thumb to middle finger
1 minute: thumb to ring finger
1 minute: thumb to pinky finger
4. Final Prayers: Take a deep breath and project your intention for peace. Take another, and pray for yourself and the Earth. On a final breath, project for anything you desire – love, health, or prosperity.

Let your breath go and feel your mind settle. This simple practice, done for 40 days, will help you realize your full potential.
