ARPF Yoga Advisory Council Members and Brain Longevity® Specialists Attend the SYTAR Conference

ARPF was honored to have a well-placed booth inside the main meeting room at the Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research (SYTAR) conference in Atlanta, GA on June 19-21, 2025. In addition to the table, where many attendees requested more information about ARPF and the BLTT program, the following members of the ARPF Yoga Advisory Council were also in attendance:

Aly Smith, C-IAYT and Certified Brain Longevity Specialist, staffed the ARPF Booth during the Annual Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research (SYTAR)
These are the presentations held by Yoga Advisory Members and Brain Longevity Specialists at SYTAR:
- Kristy Manuel, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, offered a session on: Somatic Practices to Increase Mobility and Interoceptive Awareness.
- Natalie Buster, C-IAYT, RYT 500, TIYT, offered a session on: Yoga Therapy at the End of Life.
- Kimberly Richardson, C-IAYT, MS, RYT, offered a session on: Yoga Therapy for ALS.
- Jana Long, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, participated in a panel discussion with other YAC members about Juneteenth Discussions.

Many of the lifestyle recommendations taught in ARPF’s 4 Pillars of the BLTT program are fully synergistic with the skills required to be a yoga therapist. In fact, ARPF’s BLTT training is eligible for APD credits for all certified yoga therapists. To learn more, click here.
