Our week-long Kirtan Kriya meditation challenge is still in swing! It’s not too late to join in the fun.
Every day we will meet via Zoom and teach participants how to practice Kirtan Kriya, followed by meditating together, and then a Q&A.
December 1 – 5, 2025
We will meet for 30 minutes every day at:
12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET
A daily Kirtan Kriya practice has been proven to enhance many aspects of wellbeing. Just 12 minutes a day will improve mood and sleep, and decrease anxiety, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels

What if I miss one session? No problem, join us the following day.
Will this be recorded and can I watch it later? Yes! We will send you a link to the recordings when they are ready.
Is there a cost to participate? No, it’s entirely FREE. We only ask that you register so we know how many people are participating.
Are these video sessions? Yes, they will be live on Zoom. You may choose not to be shown on video if you prefer. If you have any questions, please contact Chelsea Pyne, Programs Director at Chelsea@alzheimersprevention.org
Please join and practice Kirtan Kriya with us every day or as your schedule permits. You will receive the Zoom meeting link after you complete your registration. You’ll also receive reminders before the Meditation Challenge.
