Paul, Ringo, BLTT & ARPF

In Brain Longevity Therapy Training, Health, Kirtan Kriya, KK Meditation

Did you see Sir Paul McCartney on TV with the Saturday Night Live 50th reunion show? It was very poignant and a lovely performance. He played the long song “Medley” from Abbey Road.

As you may remember, it ends with “And In The End The Love You Take is Equal To The Love You Make.” There wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

Then Ringo was at the Grand ‘Ol Opry playing a few country tunes.

At age 85 and 82 what do they have in common?

They both follow an ARPF type of program.

They eat a great diet. Don’t smoke. Both exercise. Both meditate and are spiritual.

They are both great examples of our Brain Longevity Therapy Training (BLTT) program, which now has many hundreds of graduates.

Our grads are making an impact in their communities and are helping their students, clients, and patients make great strides in keeping their brains fit as a fiddle.

We’re also in the process of creating a way to reach out and help the people who have lost everything in the LA fires. One contact, a psychiatrist at UCLA, has shared that many people out there are struggling with depression, anxiety, and memory issues.

ARPF would love to organize a program in conjunction with UCLA to teach the victims of the fire about our 4 Pillars but especially Kirtan Kriya, our well-researched, easy, and effective meditation to soothe their anxiety about the future and help their depression and memory.

We encourage individuals across America and worldwide to become Brain Longevity Specialists so that we can assist people in maintaining their brain, body, mind, and immune system during these challenging times.

Beyond that, recent research reveals that environmental pollution is now a proven risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease.

BLTT awaits you. A new and updated curriculum is now available at a substantial discount.

You’ll help yourself and be able to help others too. A total win, win.
