President’s Message: Why We’re Partners in Prevention
President’s Message: Why We’re Partners in Prevention

Dear friends,
Today, everyone feels that time is rushing into the future.
It is remarkable that 2025 is approaching its conclusion and that 2026 will soon begin.
At ARPF, we are committed to spreading a beacon of hope in the Alzheimer’s
community that is experiencing so much challenge.
Thanks to our Partnership in Prevention, our work continues to make strides, and this movement continues to grow. It’s thanks to your wonderful support that this is possible.
For example, looking back to 2025, we offered over 30 individual, online educational sessions for the public and caregivers, exhibited at health conferences, published 3 scientific papers, established a significant new research partnership, and trained hundreds of new Brain Longevity® Specialists.
“The training has been of great value to me as a yoga instructor and I have already incorporated elements of the training within my existing yoga classes, confident in the knowledge that I am helping attendees preserve their cognitive function. In addition, with family members also experiencing cognitive decline, there is so much that has helped them, from simple dietary changes to encouraging greater social interaction and, of course, increased physical activity and Kirtan Kriya.”– Michael
We hear from so many people who discover strength, community, education, and hope through our work. These families power our mission and our resolve to keep moving forward and push for more research, more tools, more connections, and more support for everyone touched by this disease.
Air Pollution and Alzheimer’s Prevention, our latest paper, published in the highly esteemed Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, places us at the forefront of this critically important topic. Stay tuned for more groundbreaking information on what you can do about air quality improvement for brain health.
“At the end of the year, I want to donate to an organization I like and respect. That’s why I give to ARPF.” – Nancy
I hope you will continue to support ARPF. Your donation at this time of the year means so much to us.
On behalf of all of us at the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, I want to wish you a very Happy Holiday Season and a Healthy and Fulfilling New Year.
Thank you again for being our Partner in Prevention, your generosity fuels this work.
