Why Yoga Therapists are Attending the Alzheimer’s Prevention Conference

I’d like to introduce you to ARPF’s friend, Amy DiLillo, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, BLS. She is a yoga therapist and serves on the Educational Advisory Committee for ARPF. Amy will be traveling from Massachusetts to join us for our special 30 Years of Alzheimer’s Prevention Conference. Check out her special invitation below:

Amy will also be teaching a Sunday morning yoga class for attendees, optional of course. It will include a standing yoga flow, with seated chair options, and will end with a guided, grounding meditation.

By attending the conference either in-person or via livestream, you will receive:
