What is the ARPF Membership?

 In General

The ARPF Membership is part of our Brain Longevity Therapy Training program. After students finish the program, they become a graduate and their ARPF membership is activated.

What is the Brain Longevity® Therapy Training (BLTT)?

BLTT is an online course designed for anyone who is interested in improving brain health. You do not need to have any background in caregiving or medicine to take this course. It’s for everyone! You can become part of the movement toward healthy aging and Alzheimer’s prevention through this highly informative, on-demand Certification program.

As a participant, you will increase your knowledge and credibility around neuroscience and yoga and the impact meditation has on the brain. Plus, you’ll walk away with practical tools you can start implementing on day 1 to enhance your teaching/practice and improve your own resilience to face these stressful times.

What is included in the ARPF Membership?

Graduates get a year’s worth of free webinars, access to new research, monthly peer-to-peer sessions, and much more.

“I have completed the Brain Longevity Training. It is an excellent training. I have learned a lot and I already started including some of the brain yoga exercises in my regular yoga classes. The Kirtan Kriya meditation is wonderful. I do feel more alert when I do the exercises and practice the KK. I know it will be of great benefit for me and my students  I am looking forward to teaching a mini-workshop on this wonderful training.” – Beatriz S.

“This [support group meeting] is super helpful and informative. It’s great to meet other people from around the world. It gives me an overview of what your Foundation is about, because I really didn’t know much about it or how much support we actually get. I thought that I was going to take this course and just add to my expertise, but now I feel uplifted a little bit more with all the support and awareness and the spreading of this wonderful news. I’m in this different space. So thank you for that. And then also, lots of really wonderful, supportive, bright people in this whole area. So I really feel nourished. Thank you for this. I’m glad that I took the time to be here.” – Angie H.
