The Meditate for Your Memory Challenge is Back

In Brain Health, Health, Kirtan Kriya, KK Meditation, Meditation, Stress Management, Support Alzheimer's Research and Prevention

November is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and National Family Caregivers Support Month. In honor of our community members who have known all too well the struggle that dementia brings, we are dedicating a week to another meditation challenge.

We had such a phenomenal turnout in March – and many people asking for more – we had no choice but to bring back the Meditate for Your Memory Challenge! Your ARPF is delighted to host this virtual event, free of charge. Seven meditation teachers will lead a day throughout the week of November 14th – 20th. Each teacher brings their own perspective and expertise. Each session will begin with an introduction to the Kirtan Kriya meditation, then the 12 minutes of practice, and Q&A. All levels are welcome– no experience necessary. We hope to see you on Monday, November 14 at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET for 30 minutes.

Is there a cost to participate? No, it’s entirely FREE. We only ask that you register so we know how many people are participating.

P.S. Please share with your friends! The more the merrier.
