The Cure for Chaos
You might say things are certainly in a tizzy. Up and down. Around and around. Very weird time right now.
Not very pleasant if you aren’t careful.
I’m not going to enumerate everything, but you know what they are.
So what’s the cure?
I think it’s pretty clear, actually.
Everything starts within. Not out there.
As Walt Whitman once said, “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within.”
So how can we not be knocked off our center?
How can we be stable and neutral rather than going bananas and becoming overreactive and letting the times make us angry, anxious, or depressed?
By the way, don’t think it’s not happening. So many people are needing psychiatric care and medication. Especially for those affected by the fires in LA and other places.
But meds aren’t helping very much, according to doctors I know on the front lines.
What’s working to bring people back to a sense of normalcy is our lifestyle medicine program comprising all the Pillars:
1. Proper diet and supplements.
2. Stress management, especially through our yoga and Kirtan Kriya program.
3. Exercise is crucial right now. Walk, run, jog, elliptical, exercise bike, strength training (especially). You need to move and “Pump it up.”
4. Spiritual fitness: the connection you have with your own deepest part of yourself.
It is all necessary and true. Return to your best self. Feeling better every day. Don’t let outside stuff drag you down.
I’d like to invite you to become a certified Brain Longevity Specialist.
When you take this course, you’ll discover all the latest information on our award-winning curriculum.
Plus, if needed, the program awards CEUs for Behavioral Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers, Yoga Therapists and Yoga Teachers.
Last, but not least, if you’d like to increase your revenue, this is a bona fide way to make more money: reaching out to people to help them save their minds and memories.
Another option is to download our Kirtan Kriya meditation. It’s only 12 minutes long and will absolutely help you stay balanced, centered and stress-free.
It’s the real cure for chaos.
