Join us for another amazing week-long meditation challenge. We will practice the Kirtan Kriya (KK) meditation every day for 5 days starting Monday, March 17th. No experience is necessary. All you need to do is register for free and join the fun! Learn all about the brain-boosting benefits of practicing this meditation for just 12 minutes a day. You don’t want to miss this. Please invite your family, friends, and community to participate!

We will meet for 30 minutes every day at:
12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET / 9 pm Europe
A daily Kirtan Kriya practice has been proven to enhance many aspects of wellbeing. Just 12 minutes a day will improve mood and sleep, and decrease anxiety, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels. Here is an overview of how to practice KK. Participants do not need any background knowledge to join.
There are no special requirements to participate. No previous experience is necessary. Every level of experience is welcome. You may practice in a chair or on a mat on the floor.

What if I miss one session? No problem, join us for the following day.
Will this be recorded and can I watch it later? The replay will be posted on our facebook page: facebook.com/preventad
Is there a cost to participate? No, it’s entirely FREE. We only ask that you register so we know how many people are participating.
