President’s Message: How New Research Confirms Our Work

As you may know, our 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention is the first and most complete program to prevent Alzheimer’s and even reverse it in its early stages. And we’ve been doing this work for three decades.

Moreover, our partnership with FINGER, the largest study ever with over 1,000 subjects reveals that our 4 Pillars work well. I’m happy to say that we have been a long-time supporter and partner of FINGER, which has now expanded to World-Wide FINGER.

Our latest project with Dr. Miia Kivipelto and FINGER is to reveal the Spiritual Fitness connection.

Beyond that, what makes our program and our Brain Longevity Therapy Training (BLTT), with over 800 graduates thus far, so unique is that we’re the ONLY program to specialize in Yoga and Meditation, especially our well-studied and proven Kirtan Kriya, a simple meditation with profound effects; more than any other.

In fact, Kirtan Kriya can and has stood alone in its effect on Alzheimer’s prevention and reversal.

We’re also the only program to feature our fourth pillar, Spiritual Fitness, based on my groundbreaking article published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.

And now, another research study confirms our work!

This randomized controlled trial reveals that lifestyle changes including our 4 Pillars of diet and supplementation, yoga and meditation, exercise and socialization, as shared in our BLTT training program, did in fact help many of the participants halt their cognitive decline and thus prevent Alzheimer’s.

Significantly, the control group, who did not do the program, worsened.

So that’s why we’re so adamant about all our published research (55 papers now) and our Brain Longevity Training Program.
