President’s Message: Free Covid Report

 In General

Dear Friends,

Because I want you to do everything possible to stay healthy and avoid getting sick this winter, I’ve prepared a special report for you, available at absolutely no charge.

The report is called Improve Your Immune System in Time of COVID-19 and you can download it at this link.

Here at ARPF, we really need your help during this challenging and uncertain time.

We encourage you to please remember us in your year-end donation. We can’t thank you enough. Even $5, $10, or $20 will greatly help.

There are many ways to donate, find out here.

I want you to thrive during the coming months, learn new things, find new ways to engage with your neighbors and be inspired to do good for others.

Moreover, I’m sure that, as we approach the Holidays, we are all reflecting on what a unique and strange year 2020 has been.

Many of our loved ones in senior living, assisted living and nursing homes have been disproportionately exposed to high COVID-19 risk, with some of the most disastrous outcomes. This is especially true for those suffering from Alzheimer’s.

Additionally, many people have also suffered greatly from the lockdown and isolation. In addition to cases and deaths –which continue to soar as we await the vaccine– anxiety, depression, and fatigue are understandably rampant.

I would love to hear from you about how the challenges we’ve faced this year have affected you and your family. If you’d like to share, please feel free to email me at:

Your ARPF is working relentlessly to provide you with critical information, research on preventing Alzheimer’s, along with resources to enhance your wellbeing on all fronts, like our new special report and upcoming additional monographs and white papers.

Let’s continue to lift each other up and finish 2020 in high spirits.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
Founding President / Medical Director

P.S. Please donate to your ARPF. We are all really in this together. Thank you for your support.
