President’s Message: Congrats to BLTT Graduates!

In Alzheimer's Care, Alzheimer's Research, General, KK Meditation, Meditation, Newsletter, Stress Management, Yoga for Alzheimer's

When it comes to healthcare, modern medicine focuses on the smoke, not the fire. That’s why our exciting Brain Longevity® Therapy Training (BLTT) is such an important program – we’re empowering students to maximize brain health by addressing The 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention at a cellular level. We’re working towards a whole-body holistic approach where prevention is key to optimal brain and overall longevity. Our Brain Longevity Specialists are championing this mission by bringing wellness and hope to people across the globe.

As we celebrate entering Summer, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest BLTT graduates. It’s a blessing that they’re sharing our research and bringing the 4 Pillars of Prevention to communities. Our goal is to have 1 million Brain Longevity Specialists! (If you are interested in BLTT, click here.) This community continues to grow healthier and stronger with prevention education and resources, like our simple yoga exercises that are proven to boost brain health.

We have so many resources available to help you and your loved ones navigate aging with clarity and sharpness. I hope you take advantage of all the tools and programs that have been developed through your generous donations. Thank you for supporting this movement for Alzheimer’s prevention.
Yours in Brain Health,
Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
