In Newsletter, Support Alzheimer's Research and Prevention

We are thrilled to welcome Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN to speak at our upcoming workshop: Eating from our Roots for Brain Power workshop.

On July 18th, we’ll explore how to achieve a state of internal balance or “homeostasis,” and why it’s important that your bodily systems are stable– working synergistically and supporting whole-body health.

Maya is a renowned nutrition expert known for her approachable, food-based solutions for brain health. She has shared her expertise on national platforms like Good Morning America, the TODAY Show, the Tamron Hall Show, and in The New York Times – making her a trusted voice in nutrition and wellness.

In her practice, Maya’s team provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition coaching for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mood disorders, developmental disabilities, disordered eating, and more.

Maya believes in providing inclusive nutrition education from an anti-bias patient-centered, culturally humble approach to help people make informed food choices. We can’t wait to learn how to power up the brain with nutrition for metabolic health.

This workshop was applied for 1 hour CE for Yoga Therapists and 1 hour CE for Yoga Teachers. It will be recorded and sent out afterward.

You don’t want to miss this.
