We are thrilled to be offering another week-long meditation in honor of ARPF’s 29th anniversary and Brain Health Awareness Week.

Starting on Monday, March 14th to Sunday, March 20th we’ll have a different meditation leader so we can learn new perspectives to add to our practice.

This is a free meditation event and no experience is necessary. You can come to one day or all seven and practice 12 minutes of guided Kirtan Kriya. We’d love to see you there at 11 am PT / 2 pm ET. Please register here.

Kirti Khalsa, ARPF CEO

Kirti is originally from Rome, Italy, and is the Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, and Secretary of the Board of the ARPF. Before moving to the USA, Kirti worked for a multinational pharmaceutical company in the export, marketing and Regulatory Affairs departments in their offices in Italy, USA, and Switzerland. She is involved in supporting her community by fighting illiteracy through her Rotary Club and supporting other non-profits. Kirti has been a yoga practitioner for over 40 years and a yoga teacher to seniors and people with disabilities for over 30 years.

Kim Festa, RYT

Kim recently retired from the corporate world after 37 successful years. Her passion is to share the knowledge of yoga and meditation to all. Kim started a senior chair yoga program at her home in 2016, she soon discovered with imagination, willingness, and creativity yoga can be made assessable for every Body, whether you are a senior, desk office worker, or a person recovering from injuries, chair yoga is an effective way to stay active, improve mobility and maintain strength. Kim began practicing yoga in 2010, she’s a certified 200 hours RYT, Kundalini Level 1 certified 220 hours, Yin Yoga certified, Yoga Nidra certified, Reiki Master Practitioner and she just completed the Brain Longevity Specialist certification in 2022. In her spare time, Kim continues with her studies with Yoga Therapy for Arthritis as this is her passion to make yoga and meditation accessible to all, specifically the aging community so that they can live out their lives with mobility, harmony and grace.

June Litowitz, RYT and Arthur Litowitz, RYT

June is a seeker, a wife, mother, grandmother, artist and yogi. Her mission in life is to acquire wisdom. Living a life of gratitude ,serving and teaching others brings joy and fulfillment to her life! June and Arthur also founded the non-profit, Seat of The Soul Chair Yoga.

Arthur is retired from 40 year career in dentistry. Married to June, he is a husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He enjoys music, reading, arts and photography. A yoga teacher with 200 hour Ashtanga and 300 hour Kundalini teacher training, he is dedicated to a lifelong goal of cultivating and sharing the wisdom of living and breathing yoga and devoting energies to environmental non profit activities and quality time with friends and family.

Stacee Johnson

Stacee has been practicing yoga since 1999. Through the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, developed by Yoganand Michael Carroll, Stacee completed both her 500-hour certification and prenatal yoga training. Stacee originally started her yoga practice as a way to relieve her migraine symptoms and to reduce stress but quickly became intrigued by the many benefits of yoga. She maintains that yoga brings a sense of serenity to her life and she’s passionate about helping her students find that within themselves. Stacee founded StaCentered Yoga to provide a safe, open environment to encourage students to cultivate greater self-awareness in order to create a deeper connection with themselves.

Fletcher Wilkins, BSE, RYT

Fletcher lives in Wilmington, North Carolina and has a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has been working in the nuclear industry for over twenty-five years. Having a daily Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice allows him to work in a highly stressful environment and remain calm.
Fletcher has been a Yoga practitioner since 1995 and became a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher in 2004. He is currently finishing up his Level 2 Certification. He is a member of the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation Board and also is an intern with Superhealth.
Fletcher enjoys travel, the beach, good food, and spending time with friends and family. He enjoys sharing the lifestyle-based concepts of Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation and Superehealth and hopes to get the work these organizations are doing into the mainstream so that more people can benefit.

Vibhu Nagral is a certified Health and Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine Coach with over 25 years of global experience in health education, yoga therapy, coaching, and counseling. She founded Choose to be Well over 25 years ago with a commitment to enabling you to make the right choice to take charge of your increased wellbeing. The organization helps you shape a healthy mind, build a fit body, retain mental agility, and transform your lifestyle so that you can stay sharp and lead an independent, healthy, happy life. Satwinder Sran, BSc, RYT, C-IAYT

Satwinder Kaur Sran lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and works for Alberta Health Services. Satwinder is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has been teaching for over 20 years. She specializes in teaching the chronic pain patient population at the University of Alberta Hospital for the Multidisciplinary Pain Clinic. She is certified in Children’s Yoga, “Radiant Child” Levels 1-3 and has also completed additional training through the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine and Humanology to teach people with Cancer, Diabetes and Immune Dysfunctions. Satwinder completed Yoga Therapy training from the Mount Royal University and holds an International Certification in Yoga Therapy. She is also a certified Brain Longevity Specialist through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation in Tucson, Arizona. Satwinder founded Yoga of Self Mastery for students to discover the benefits of yoga in her classes.
