Meditate For Your Memory Challenge Report

In Kirtan Kriya, KK Meditation, Meditation, Newsletter, Support Alzheimer's Research and Prevention

Your ARPF put on a week-long meditation challenge in honor of our 29th Anniversary as well as for Brain Health Awareness Week. This year saw a fabulous turnout – we were overjoyed with the participation and engagement from all who joined. It was a huge success and we are so thankful it was well-received in our growing community.

A daily Kirtan Kriya practice has been proven to enhance many aspects of wellbeing. Just 12-minutes a day will improve mood and sleep, and decrease anxiety, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels.

The Meditate for Your Memory Challenge is part of our fundraising initiative. Your donation ensures that we can continue offering these free meditations. We are so thankful for your support. Donate here.

This year’s turnout proved that we have a worldwide movement taking place– look at all the representing countries below. We are enthralled with the outreach this meditation has had. Your ARPF looks forward to hosting more events on such a large and inclusive scale. Meditating with old friends, and making new ones, was a highlight of this week-long event. We loved seeing faces from all over the world interact and share their beautiful energies.

“I just participated in your first Zoom Kirtan Kriya Meditation and It was wonderful. I feel so centered and present! Thank You so very much for all your efforts to help make this free group zoom meditation possible. It was delightful to be connected with so many beautiful Souls.” – Whitney S.

We had participants join from 26 US states. For the next Meditation Challenge, we will aim for 35 states. Please tell your friends and family about this event!

“Thank you so much. I am so pleased to have been introduced to this. Have done it every day so far and noticed an improvement in memory and focus. I am ADHD and a Psychotherapist and very aware of my brain and any changes.” – Carol F.

If you could not join the meditation, please join our mailing list and register when the next session is announced. You can also download the Kirtan Kriya music at this link.

“I took the session with my friend today and am thankful for the beautiful job you did with the meditation session. It was a very loving time and I am so grateful to have met you.” – David T.
