March Awareness Month

 In General

Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month?

Nutrition is a huge part of keeping your mind sharp and healthy. That’s why Diet and Supplements is the 1st Pillar of Alzheimer’s Prevention. You can significantly decrease your risk for AD by following the Brain Longevity® Diet.

March is also National Noodle Month– and although it may be in honor of pasta– we see it differently. Get the most out of your noodle by eating foods that boost brain health, such as a plant-based Mediterranean style diet as mentioned above. Don’t forget to choose organic when possible, and add extra vitamins (Bs, C, and E) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, selenium, and zinc).

Check out our ARPF Cookbook for delicious, brain-boosting recipes.

Again, your diet is a huge factor in your overall wellness… eat right and live better.

Bon Appetit!

P.S. In honor of International Women’s Day you can donate anytime to ARPF to recognize the women in your life. ARPF is honoring women by funding The Pink BrainTM Project study at UCLA.
