Fundamentals of Research Interpretation

We live in a world where research is everywhere. From diet pills to pillows, commercial advertising purports research to help drive consumer behavior, but how do we separate the wheat from the chaff? As adult aging educators, Brain Longevity Specialists are often asked questions about either ARPF sponsored research, or the latest study that is being quoted about this or that diet.

In this webinar, we want to spend some time helping you get cozy with research terminology and study design. This webinar is designed to help adult aging educators, caregivers, and non-clinical BLTT members develop a familiarity with common research design, methods, and become better informed consumers of public health research so that you can feel more comfortable reading the latest studies on brain health.

Join Dr. Chris Walling as he makes research fun, and helps us all take a deep dive into the exciting world of brain research!

Presented by: Chris Walling, PsyD, BLTT Lead trainer and Chairman of ARPF Educational Advisory Committee
Webinar Handout will be ARPF White Paper #2 (not yet released to the public)
