The Stress Test is a system for ranking your perceived level of stress in relation to 40 different changes in relationships and life styles and situations, from the death of a close family member to a promotion at work. The total score is calculated to determine the level of stress in your life at this particular time.

Why is it important to know the level of stress in our lives? So we can develop skills to help us deal with the level of stress in our lives before the danger zone is reached, because high levels of stress can cause memory loss, wreak havoc on our brain as well as on our immune system.
