All We Are Saying…

In Alzheimer's Prevention Tips, Alzheimer's Research, Brain Longevity Therapy Training, General

Today I watched a YouTube video of Sir Paul McCartney in a live performance. Not sure when it was but it was great!

Then again, I’m a huge Beatles fan ever since they burst on the scene in 1962-64.

In fact, I remember hearing them on the radio on my way to high school. Maybe it was From Me To You or She Loves You… I’m not sure.

Anyway, I remember thinking, “It’s The Everly Brothers.” But no. It was The Fab Four.

Paul’s YouTube video I mentioned above included 3 songs:

1. A Day in The Life from the iconic Sargent Peppers.

2. Give Peace a Chance, a John Lennon and Yoko Ono song.

3. And Let it Be. A Beatles tune.

Of course, they were all great.

And it left me thinking.

We haven’t progressed too far in Giving Peace a Chance. Let me correct that.

The people that run the world haven’t progressed very far at all.

But people have.

Many of us have become tuned into our spirit and soul and have been working towards our own inner peace. We can then spread our inner peace to others and create outer peace in our lives, our homes, our families, our communities, our country, and our world.

Why the heck not?

Let’s work for peace. Let’s meditate for peace. Let’s teach for peace. Let’s live for peace in our hearts. Peace in our minds. And peace everywhere.

That’s one of the main reasons I developed and included Spiritual Fitness as the 4th Pillar of our Brain Longevity Therapy Training (BLTT) program. It helps you develop multiple aspects of well-being including patience, awareness of your divine connection, compassion, empathy, and surrender to your spiritual self. This all leads to peace, love, and light. Or enlightenment.

It’s nothing you have to fear.

It’s cool to be alert and awake in mind, body, and spirit.

Then we can be light, eat light, and spread the light. You’ll be so much happier and make other people happier and healthier, too.

So let’s get together now.

To help, we’re having a special on our brand new curriculum BLTT program. You can discover it all here.

Tremendous savings are our New Year’s gift to you. You can even give the program as a gift of health to someone you love.

“Come on people now. Smile on your brother. Everybody get together. Try and Love one another right now.” Get Together by The Young Bloods

Come on people now. Let’s reach out and save the world.

We can do it.

Yours in Brain Health,
